Our client is a leading manufacturer of wound care and compression therapy solutions, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality products and services. They are expanding their business and seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Clinical Partnership Manager.

About the Role

The Clinical Partnership Manager will be responsible for targeting strategic decision-makers in the NHS to create solutions that meet the needs of patients and healthcare professionals. This will involve engaging with Quality Improvement Leads, Commissioners, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement effective partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships with NHS decision-makers to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Provide commercial expertise to the region to support strategy and tactic deployment through analysis of sales, marketing, and health economic data.
  • Protect current business from loss of market share or formulary status through targeted tactics.
  • Work autonomously from home, with occasional travel required for meetings and events.
Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, bonus, and excellent benefits package, including:

  • £57K-£62k basic salary
  • £11.5k bonus, uncapped
  • Excellent benefits, including 25 days annual leave, healthcare from day 1, car or £780pm allowance, pension match up to 10%, and 4x salary DIS
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Wound or compression care experience, or similar experience in a related field
  • Excellent digital selling, influencing, and persuasive skills
  • Ability to analyse and interpret product usage, market, and sales data
  • Ability to develop a commercially viable and budgetary business case
  • Agile approach to work and comfortable using a hybrid OMNI-Channel
  • Full valid driving licence
