Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Senior Spirit of Roselle Park. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's core infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Design and Implementation: Design and implement robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure solutions to support our business operations.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Incident Management: Lead major incident management and technical problem resolution efforts to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system availability.
  • System Reviews and Audits: Conduct regular system reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maintain high standards of system security and availability.
  • Disaster Recovery: Ensure that disaster recovery plans are regularly tested and effective to minimize business disruption in the event of a disaster.
  • Security and Compliance: Maintain high standards of system security and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Extensive Experience: At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure management and technical leadership.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows, Active Directory, Virtualisation, Storage, and Security systems.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO27k, CE+, PCI DSS, and other relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing secure environments.
