We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the UK/Europe region. As a Senior Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for delivering recognized annual revenues by generating leads, assessing opportunities, and closing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the UK/Europe region
  • Refine client segments and develop sales selling cycles
  • Agree on sales quotas and targets with stakeholders
  • Develop new accounts and opportunities using personal networks and lead generation engines
  • Sensitize management on industry trends and ideate new business opportunities
  • Lead responses to RFPs and RFIs for UK clients
  • Conduct diagnostics and opportunity assessment studies
  • Manage client relationships and hand over sold accounts to program management

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in business or statistics
  • 10-15 years of industry knowledge and/or sales experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare market in the UK
  • Good rolodex of contacts in various sectors
  • Track record of initiative, creativity, and motivation
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to lead sales in a high-growth company
  • Ability to manage sales process and forecast with precision
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
