We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the UK/Europe region. As a Senior Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for delivering recognized annual revenues by generating leads, assessing opportunities, and closing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the UK/Europe region
- Refine client segments and develop sales selling cycles
- Agree on sales quotas and targets with stakeholders
- Develop new accounts and opportunities using personal networks and lead generation engines
- Sensitize management on industry trends and ideate new business opportunities
- Lead responses to RFPs and RFIs for UK clients
- Conduct diagnostics and opportunity assessment studies
- Manage client relationships and hand over sold accounts to program management
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in business or statistics
- 10-15 years of industry knowledge and/or sales experience
- In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare market in the UK
- Good rolodex of contacts in various sectors
- Track record of initiative, creativity, and motivation
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to lead sales in a high-growth company
- Ability to manage sales process and forecast with precision
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
