Job Title: Senior Vice President

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President to lead our sales efforts in the UK/Europe region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering recognized annual revenues by generating leads, assessing opportunities, and closing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the UK/Europe region, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Refine client segments and develop targeted sales approaches to maximize revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and coordinate sales selling cycles and methodologies.
  • Agree on sales quotas and targets with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships to identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, identifying new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring timely and effective delivery of sales proposals.
  • Conduct diagnostics and opportunity assessments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in business or statistics, preferably.
  • 10-15 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales capacity.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong understanding of the Vertical market in the UK and Europe.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to create and deliver compelling sales pitches.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to lead sales efforts in a high-growth company.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with executive-level audiences.
