Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the UK/Europe region, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Refine client segments across various sectors, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to develop and coordinate sales selling cycles and methodologies.
- Agree on sales quotas and targets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop new accounts and identify new business opportunities through personal networks, lead generation engines, and direct mailers.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the Healthcare segment, identifying new business opportunities and developing innovative solutions.
- Lead responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for UK clients, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Conduct diagnostics and opportunity assessment studies, working closely with experts to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage client visits and accompany clients to Indian and other WNS operation centers as required.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, sales costs, and results, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Manage ongoing client relationships through regular steering committee reviews and other communication channels.
- Hand over sold accounts to program management, ensuring seamless transition and customer satisfaction.
In addition to the above responsibilities, this role may require supporting specific Vertical accounts as needed.
You will also perform all duties and functions consistent with your job title and any additional duties and functions as the Company may require from time to time.
Qualifications:- A Master's degree in business or statistics is preferred.
- 10-15 years of industry knowledge and/or sales experience, with at least a few years in a senior sales capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of the Vertical market in the UK and a thorough understanding of opportunities in offshoring processes.
- A good rolodex of contacts in various sectors due to past work experience in outsourcing or offshoring.
- A track record of initiative, creativity, and motivation to surpass challenging performance goals and sales targets.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, able to create and deliver convincing arguments.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to lead sales in the Vertical business or financial services space in a high-growth company with operations in India.
- Ability to manage sales process and forecast with precision.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and credibility quickly with an executive-level audience.
- Superior time management skills and strong attention to detail.
- Solid grounding in business concepts and dynamics.
