- Establish and manage sales quotas, targets, and budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and revenue projections.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring timely and effective delivery of sales proposals.
- Conduct diagnostics and opportunity assessments, working closely with experts to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage client visits and accompany clients to WNS operation centers as required.
- Analyze and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and revenue projections.
- Manage ongoing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Masters degree in business or statistics preferred.
- 10-15 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales capacity.
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of the UK/Europe market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
