  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the Healthcare segment, identifying new business opportunities and developing innovative solutions.
  • Lead responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for UK clients, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Conduct diagnostics and opportunity assessment studies, working closely with experts to drive business growth.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty through regular steering committee reviews.
  • Hand over sold accounts to program management, ensuring seamless transition and continued growth.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in business or statistics, with a strong background in sales and industry knowledge.
  • 10-15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior capacity, preferably in a UK-based (xxxxx) or associated firm, an (xxxx) offshoring company with operations in India, or a (xxxxx) outsourcing company.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare market in the UK, with a thorough understanding of opportunities in offshoring processes.
  • Strong rolodex of contacts in various sectors, with a proven track record of initiative, creativity, and motivation to surpass challenging performance goals and sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to create and deliver convincing arguments.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a desire to lead sales in the Healthcare business or financial services space in a high-growth company with operations in India.
  • Ability to manage sales process and forecast with precision, with strong interpersonal skills and a solid grounding in business concepts and dynamics.
