About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Unreal Engine Artist to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. as a key member of our creative team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project, utilizing your expertise in Unreal Engine 5 sequencer, MotionBuilder, Maya, and other 3D programs to create stunning cinematic sequences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cinematic Sequence Creation: Design and build high-quality cinematic sequences through your use of cinematography, camera animation, and editing skills.
  • Pipeline Development: Help establish and drive the pipelines, processes, and methodologies across the cinematic teams.
  • Project Management: Plan and prioritize tasks to ensure that deliverables are completed on time and to desired quality.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to resolve technical challenges and push project quality.
  • Portfolio Requirements: A portfolio that showcases examples of visual storytelling and cinematography skills, focusing on framing, shot selection, scene composition, camera animation, and editing.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: A great working knowledge of Unreal engine 5 sequencer, MotionBuilder, Maya, or other equivalent 3D programs.
  • Cinematic Storytelling: A great understanding of cinematic storytelling principles, cinematic language, literacy, and visual storytelling theory in an interactive medium.
  • Animation and Editing: Excellent framing and animation skills for cinematic cameras, and experience with Adobe Premiere or other similar video editing software.
