About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cinematic Artist to join our team at PARK Senior Villas Chandler. As a Senior Cinematic Artist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality cinematic sequences for our AAA game project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cinematic Sequence Creation: Build high-quality cinematic sequences through your use of cinematography, camera animation, and editing skills.
  • Pipeline Development: Independently maintain and develop the cinematics in a highly iterative environment.
  • Team Leadership: Help to establish and drive the pipelines, processes, and methodologies across the cinematic teams.
  • Task Management: Plan and prioritize tasks to ensure that deliverables are completed on time and to desired quality.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to resolve any technical challenges and push project quality.
  • Mentorship: Supervise more junior members of the team and coach them to success through reviews and mentorship.
Requirements
  • Cinematic Experience: An experienced Cinematic Artist with a portfolio that showcases examples of visual storytelling and cinematography skills.
  • Technical Skills: A great working knowledge of Unreal engine 5 sequencer, MotionBuilder, Maya, or other equivalent 3D programs.
  • Cinematic Storytelling: A great understanding of cinematic storytelling principles, cinematic language, literacy, and visual storytelling theory in an interactive medium.
  • Team Collaboration: An exceptional team collaborator and someone who can take the initiative in problem-solving for the cinematics team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Skills
  • Video Editing: Experience with Adobe Premiere or other similar video editing software.
  • Unreal Engine: Experience with Unreal 5 blueprints and other Unreal tools.
  • Lighting: Experience with lighting.
  • Editing: Experience with editing.
