As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality in-game cinematic sequences for our story-driven 'Dark Horror Narrative Adventure' project. This is an ambitious, AAA project that pushes the boundaries of next-generation hardware technologies.

Your primary focus will be on developing cinematics from previs to final production, working closely with the Cinematography Director and the team. As a Senior, you'll also train and mentor junior colleagues, providing solutions to pipeline challenges.

We're looking for a Cinematic Artist with a proven track record of delivering high-quality cinematics and cutscenes. Your expertise in cinematography, camera animation, and editing will be essential in bringing our narrative to life.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Build high-quality cinematic sequences through your use of cinematography, camera animation, and editing skills.
* Independently maintain and develop the cinematics in a highly iterative environment.
* Help establish and drive the pipelines, processes, and methodologies across the cinematic teams.
* Plan and prioritize tasks to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to desired quality.
* Collaborate with the team to resolve technical challenges and push project quality.
* Supervise junior members of the team and coach them to success through reviews and mentorship.

**Requirements:**

* An experienced Cinematic Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and cinematography skills.
* A great working knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 Sequencer, MotionBuilder, Maya, or other equivalent 3D programs.
* A deep understanding of cinematic storytelling principles, cinematic language, literacy, and visual storytelling theory in an interactive medium.
* Excellent framing and animation skills for cinematic cameras.
* A deep understanding of the latest cinematic pipelines and workflows.
* An exceptional team collaborator and problem solver.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

**Desirable Skills:**

* Experience with Adobe Premiere or other similar video editing software.
* Experience with Unreal Engine 5 Blueprints and other Unreal tools.
* Experience with lighting.
* Experience with editing.
