Position: Floor Manager

As the welcoming face of our establishment, your primary responsibility as a Floor Manager will be to ensure that the service provided by the guest relations team exceeds the expectations of our visitors. You will play a crucial role in nurturing and enhancing the relationship between the hotel and our esteemed VIPs and loyal guests, assisting them in resolving any challenges that may arise during their stay.

As a Floor Manager, you will enjoy:

We are seeking a Floor Manager who:

  • Executes Head of Department responsibilities related to all Night and Front Office operations, making critical decisions as needed
  • Ensures that guests' needs are met beyond their expectations, taking full accountability for Health, Safety, Security, Licensing & Fire regulations
  • Takes a proactive approach in leading the Night team, motivating, training, and inspiring Front of House team members
  • Provides support to the breakfast department in the mornings
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office and possesses excellent knowledge of Opera
  • Is available to work on a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule
  • Is willing to cover night shifts as required

  • Has prior experience as a Duty Manager or Reception Manager in a hotel setting
