We are in search of our Client Relations Supervisor, who will:

  • Support the Client Relations team in achieving departmental objectives and targets
  • Collaborate with relevant Front of House teams to ensure guest satisfaction, colleague satisfaction, financial objectives, and responsible business goals are met
  • Possess comprehensive operational knowledge of all procedures, with a strong familiarity with Opera, Hotsos, Micros, and Alcatel preferred, but not mandatory
  • Ensure the seamless operation of the department on a daily basis through effective communication
  • Provide leadership by setting a positive example
  • Clearly convey both operational and strategic information, along with ongoing customer feedback, ensuring team members are trained and developed
  • Empower the Client Relations teams by fostering an inspiring service culture through briefings, team meetings, and coaching
  • Oversee the procurement of stationery and any other operational supplies necessary for the efficient functioning of the Business Centre and department
  • Have prior experience as an Assistant Client Relations Supervisor or Client Relations Supervisor in a hotel setting
