Key Responsibilities

This position involves collaboration with the core project engineering team, focusing on the development and operation of renewable energy generation, particularly large-scale ground-mounted solar projects. Opportunities will also arise to engage in the commercial and strategic aspects of the business, including mergers and acquisitions and the expansion of new business lines. A critical aspect of this role is adaptability and the application of your engineering expertise to novel challenges. We are open to both seasoned professionals and recent graduates, with multiple openings available.

Specific tasks may include:

  • Conducting grid assessments and analyzing distribution and transmission infrastructure.
  • Performing design and yield evaluation for large-scale ground-mounted solar systems.
  • Managing assets within our existing renewable energy portfolio.
  • Overseeing development projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Engaging in financial modeling for new development initiatives and potential acquisition targets.
  • Conducting technical due diligence.
  • Managing suppliers and contractors.
  • Formulating generation strategies, including site selection and project planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience or 0-2 years for recent graduates.
  • Proven track record of outstanding accomplishments.
  • A persistent approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to learn rapidly and adapt.
  • Strong capability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Willingness to relocate if necessary.
