Key Responsibilities

  • Support project development management and monitoring activities for the UK market, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of solar and energy storage projects.
  • Identify, analyze, and support responses to call for tenders, working closely with the Business Development Manager and company advisors to secure new business opportunities.
  • Closely monitor PV market regulation, projects, and players in the UK market, providing proactive suggestions to the Business Development Team to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Support the preparation of internal and external presentations, ensuring clear and concise communication of project details and company value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to prepare Investment Committee memoranda, address Q&A from IC and Risk Management, and coordinate input/information from/to other departments (PSF, Legal, EPC) to secure investment approvals for deals in progress.
  • Maintain and update reports on project pipeline status and progress for EMEA senior management, providing critical insights to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain and update project data rooms according to internal standards, assist in due diligence processes, and project acquisition closings.
  • Manage PRF/CRF requests and approval process, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Identify projects and partnership opportunities to grow the UK pipeline for utility-scale solar PV / BESS projects, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the Business Development Team, contributing to the success of the company.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the Solar PV sector is advantageous, with a strong understanding of UK solar PV development.
  • Bachelor's degree in renewables, engineering, economics, finance, or business-related field, with specialized master's degree or additional training in renewables, solar PV, or energy storage a plus.

Languages

  • English native speaker or spoken fluently is a must.
  • Italian or Spanish advantageous.

Work Location

London (central) office, with 3-4 days/week on-site presence.
