About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solar Energy Project Manager to join our team at Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving commercial decisions and ensuring the financial performance of our solar energy projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets for our solar energy projects, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial decisions, identify opportunities for cost savings, and optimize project performance.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly performance reporting packs to key stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
  • Funding and Equity Management: Manage funding mechanisms and equity drawdowns for various platforms, including projects under bank financing.
  • Balance Sheet Management: Oversee balance sheet commitments by platforms and projects, including yearly reforecasting.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, and financial reporting, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify business efficiencies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
