About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Solar Energy Project Manager to lead our commercial solar PV division. As the first dedicated Project Manager for this business line, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our company. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in the C&I solar industry, with an existing network of industry contacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring they adhere to timelines, specifications, and budgets.
  • Technical Design: Design optimised commercial solar installations, across rooftops, car ports, and other structures.
  • Grid: Prepare and submit G99 applications to the relevant network authority, and manage the connections process.
  • Business Development and Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to establish and expand the commercial solar PV business.
  • Financial and Operational Management: Perform financial modelling for project feasibility, investments, and M&A activities.
Requirements
  • Experience in C&I solar design & project management, with an electrical background.
  • Experience in grid connections.
  • Electrical certifications (Level 3, etc) looked on favourably.
  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Track record of successfully deployed commercial projects, 100kW+
  • Able to cover the entire UK.
