Fuse Energy is a pioneering company on a mission to transform the renewable energy industry by building a terawatt of clean energy to power the world. As we expand our operations within the UK, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our commercial solar PV installation segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring they adhere to timelines, specifications, and budgets.
  • Technical Design: Design optimized commercial solar installations, across rooftops, car ports, and other structures, utilizing tools like PVSyst to optimize project yield.
  • Grid Connections: Prepare and submit G99 applications to the relevant network authority, and manage the connections process.
  • Business Development and Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to establish and expand the commercial solar PV business.
  • Financial and Operational Management: Perform financial modeling for project feasibility, investments, and M&A activities, and manage contracts and negotiations with suppliers and contractors.
Requirements:
  • Experience in C&I solar design and project management, with an electrical background.
  • Experience in grid connections.
  • Electrical certifications (Level 3, etc.) looked upon favorably.
  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Track record of successfully deployed commercial projects, 100kW+.
  • Able to cover the entire UK.
