We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Project Solar UK, the UK's largest and most accredited Solar Panel Installer. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of new sales agents across the region and generating new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with regional sales managers, office-based managers, and staff to achieve sales objectives.
- Set targets and action plans with initiatives to grow the business.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Establish and drive business forward within the region.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in leading direct/field sales teams.
- Experience in the Renewables or Green Energy and Home Improvement sectors is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
- Strong leadership skills to gain results and willingness to travel.
