Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious engineering intern to assist our renewable project development team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic group of professionals dedicated to advancing renewable energy solutions.

Internship Duration

This is a paid internship, providing valuable experience in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

The intern will engage with the core project engineering team, focusing on the development and operation of renewable energy systems, particularly large-scale solar energy projects. Responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of distribution and transmission networks.
  • Performing design and yield evaluations for large-scale solar installations.
  • Managing the performance of our existing renewable energy assets.
  • Developing financial models for new projects and potential acquisitions.
  • Conducting technical evaluations and due diligence.
  • Overseeing supplier and contractor relationships.
  • Formulating strategies for energy generation, including site selection and project planning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Experience in solar energy design and modeling is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated history of outstanding performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to learn rapidly and adapt to new challenges.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Willingness to be based in the London area.
