As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the operations of our Claims and Underwriting departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily administrative functions of both Claims and Underwriting teams.
- Manage the collection of renewal proposal documentation.
- Process adjustments to policies and endorsements efficiently.
- Distribute renewal invitations to clients.
- Enter new claims into our tailored claims management system.
- Generate and send monthly reports from the claims system to relevant underwriting parties.
Qualifications:
