Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and colleagues, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our clients and colleagues, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and communication with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain websites using Contensis or WordPress, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Support the development of administrative processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Education to degree level or equivalent, with 3+ years of office experience.
- Proven experience in administrative support, including event planning and coordination.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and website development.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
