Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a busy and frequently changing schedule for senior executives.
  • Coordinate meeting spaces and accommodations.
  • Organize complex travel arrangements.
  • Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative assistance.
  • Maintain internal systems with sensitive information.
  • Prepare and process company expenses and reports.
  • Assist the HR team with various onboarding and contract management tasks.
  • Support the broader team with general administrative functions and document management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role is essential.
  • Strong skills in diary management and international travel coordination.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
