Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Managing Directors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Directors' diaries, coordinating events, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the Directors' schedules, including booking meeting rooms and greeting clients as required
- Promote and organize company-wide events and activities
- Liaise with the Office Management team to contribute to the overall efficiency of the office
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as required by the Directors
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
- Draft and edit company documents, including emails and reports
- Coordinate the preparation of presentation packs and reports
- Organize events and entertainment for the Directors and team members
- Maintain a well-structured filing system and assist with implementing best practices
- Manage expenses, invoices, and payments using our IFS system
- Attend and contribute to monthly Admin meetings
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to assist others with organization
- Intermediate IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work 5 days a week in the office
