We are pleased to announce an opportunity for an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Premier Work Support. This role is essential in providing comprehensive administrative assistance within a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in the construction sector, demonstrating a capability to deliver exceptional support to a team of up to 25 professionals. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing incoming calls, including answering, screening, and redirecting as necessary
  • Overseeing diary management for team members
  • Coordinating project documentation throughout its lifecycle
  • Maintaining accurate and complete records
  • Logging service inquiries and managing follow-ups
  • Issuing and tracking proposals
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

The standard working hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
