Think Specialist Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading organisation within the Financial Services sector, who operate in a dynamic industry with a diverse customer base. They have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Administrator to join their team.

This position would be ideal for someone with some administration experience, looking for an entry-level role that will enhance their skills and provide opportunities for growth. The position will be based in a fully office environment, with some flexibility possible after a probationary period.

The company offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £26,000, plus a range of benefits. Some of the key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Handling incoming queries and correspondence
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Managing incoming post and mail
  • Providing administrative support across the business
  • Liaising with external partners, such as HMRC
  • Supporting the Operations Specialist with Health and Safety matters

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • An enthusiastic approach to work
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A willingness to work in an office environment
