About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Coordinator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting our directors and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and update organizational charts as required
  • Manage and distribute daily correspondence to internal and external parties
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for directors
  • Organize team events and arrange meeting rooms
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for directors
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Maintain and update contact lists and databases
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Excel, with expertise in data functions such as VLOOKUP
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Background in real estate is desirable
