Role Overview: We are seeking a proficient Administrative Support Specialist to manage the daily administrative functions of our office, ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, providing a professional first impression.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks and inquiries.
  • Handle correspondence and respond to telephone inquiries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Estates Team and assist the Executive Assistant with financial processes, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
  • Manage incoming calls for multiple office locations, ensuring appropriate handling of inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment, coordinating with cleaning staff as necessary.
  • Liaise with landlords and suppliers to address any facility-related concerns, ensuring a conducive working environment.
  • Work closely with health and safety personnel to ensure compliance with regulations.

Office Environment: This position is office-based and requires full-time commitment.
