Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Administrator to join our expanding Building Solutions division at AWD online. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team by recording and managing sales opportunities within our CRM database.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create new business opportunities with potential customers through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Develop additional sales of products within our existing range by identifying and pursuing new business leads.
  • Utilize our project management database to confirm potential for products and pass these enquiries to our Sales Managers.
  • Responsible for recording and managing sales opportunities within our CRM database in conjunction with Sales Managers.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with our Sales Managers to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced customer-orientated office environment.
  • Computer literate with experience in CRM databases and telesales or business development roles within a B2B environment.
  • Hardworking, self-motivated, and conscientious, with a strong desire to learn and grow with our company.
  • Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
