Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development:
    • Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
    • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and expand market presence.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
    • Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
    • Responsible for logging all activity on Sales CRM system and owning responsibility for coordinating and conducting new business meetings across all sectors.
    • Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for strategic planning.
  • Proposal Development:
    • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Networking and Partnerships:
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a network of contacts and generate new business leads.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline. Prepare regular reports and updates for management.
