About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Focus Group. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities across various products and services, increasing revenue, and building a pipeline of future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Focus Group's products and services, as well as the competitive landscape
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and product development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications
