About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Sales Team as a Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating business by cold calling new customers and consulting them on the benefits of our Fuel Cards and additional products.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a full understanding of our product offerings and the market.
- Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve agreed targets.
- Make 80 outbound sales calls and achieve a total call time of 90 minutes per day.
- Maintain and develop new customers through appropriate sales methods.
- Deliver a high quality of service, increasing business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
- Log information on calls and update all customer records on our CRM system.
Requirements
We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic and an excellent communicator. You should be willing to learn about call techniques, our products, and services. You should also have an inquisitive nature, eager to learn more about our customers and their businesses.
