Job Purpose:
As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities within our diverse portfolio of products and services. Your primary focus will be to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in outbound calls to prospective businesses, building rapport and presenting our value proposition.
- Schedule meetings between potential clients and our Business Development Managers, ensuring a smooth transition for further engagement.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to target audiences.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead generation process, representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in handling various client interactions and overcoming objections.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
