Position Overview:

Join TMT Finance, a dynamic media organization, as an HR Business Partner. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead initiatives in Talent Management, People Development, Recruitment, and Onboarding as we scale our workforce from 50 to 70 employees. Your strategic HR contributions will be instrumental in nurturing our vibrant culture and achieving our ambitious objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive organizational transformation and oversee talent acquisition efforts.
  • Enhance performance management systems and compensation frameworks.
  • Design and execute training programs while ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
  • Provide strategic insights to senior leadership and manage HR-related financials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience with a focus on leadership.
  • Expertise in HR metrics and systems.
  • Empathetic and approachable with a friendly demeanor.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to engage effectively with diverse age groups.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
