Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Location: London/Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

Salary: £90,000- £100,000 + Bonus & Benefits

About the Role:

Network HR is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in London. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide strategic and operational HR business partnering to support our investment client group. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships across the UK business, with a specific emphasis on supporting the Investment teams and London-based colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Business Partnering: Work closely with the HR leadership team to support the delivery of the UK HR strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters.
  • Talent Management: Support the HR Director in the tactical execution of strategic HR initiatives across the Investments division. Identify talent gaps, succession planning, and employee development opportunities to address current and future business needs.
  • Performance Management: Ensure delivery of the annual performance review and reward process, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. Support managers in addressing performance issues to develop a high-performance culture.
  • Management Development: Help develop management capabilities through individual coaching, workshops, and knowledge sharing.
  • Process Improvement: Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes impacting HR and the financial services sector.
  • Team Management: Manage a junior HR Advisor to support effective delivery of core objectives and coach to ensure continued development in role.
  • M&A Support: Support with project management across M&A, HR Due Diligence & Integration.

Requirements:

  • Financial Services Experience: An experienced background in Financial services is essential. Asset Management experience would be highly beneficial.
  • HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice with an understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to build credible relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Agility: Agile, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
