About the Role

Network HR is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in London. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Investment teams and London-based colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Business Partnering
    • Work with the HR leadership team to support the delivery of the UK HR strategy.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters.
  • HR Project Management
    • Support the HR Director in the tactical execution of strategic HR initiatives across the Investments division.
    • Facilitate organisational design and transformation programmes as required.
  • Talent Management
    • Identify talent gaps, succession planning, and employee development opportunities to address current and future business needs.
    • Ensure delivery of the annual performance review and reward process.
  • Management Development
    • Develop management capabilities through individual coaching, workshops, and knowledge sharing.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Agile, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate and highly organised.
