Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, providing maternity cover for our current People Partner.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR function across our corporate divisions, managing a team of two People Advisors, and working closely with senior management to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement
  • Manage and develop HR policies and procedures, including employment contracts and employee handbooks
  • Partner with senior management to support change management and regulatory compliance
  • Design and deliver training programs covering employment law, compliance, and management development
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations and compliance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, with a focus on strategic development and implementation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance
