We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team at HR Heads Ltd as an Employee Relations and HR People Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your strategic HR expertise to a dynamic environment.

About the Role

  • Lead HR initiatives across a large workforce, managing a team of HR professionals
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, including employment contracts and employee handbooks
  • Partner with senior management, supporting organizational change and regulatory compliance
  • Oversee training programs covering employment law, compliance, and management development
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations and compliance

Key Requirements

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior management and employees
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in HR operations, employee relations, and policy development
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results
