Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic HR Programme Manager to join our dynamic team at H9 HR & Professional Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the employee lifecycle, partnering with business analysts across the organization to ensure a seamless and efficient HR experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take a lead as Programme Manager, working with HR and across functions to drive business outcomes.
  • Oversee in-depth analysis of all aspects of the employee lifecycle, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining processes.
  • Implement Lean/Agile methodologies to optimize HR workflows and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business analysts across departments to ensure HR processes align with business needs.
  • Ensure optimization of HR systems and develop innovative solutions to HR challenges.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Process Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Lean/Agile principles and their application within HR.
  • Track record of leading similar projects and teams.
  • Proficient in HR technology and tools (e.g., HRIS, applicant tracking systems).
  • Remote working flexibility.

What We Offer:

  • Day rate: £500-£600 per day
