About the Role

Network HR is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in London. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our UK HR strategy and providing strategic and operational HR business partnering to our investment client group.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Business Partnering
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the UK business, acting as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters.
    • Support the HR Director in the tactical execution of strategic HR initiatives across the Investments division, including organisational design and transformation programmes.
    • Identify talent gaps, succession planning, and employee development opportunities to address current and future business needs.
  • HR Project Management
    • Manage HR projects across M&A, HR Due Diligence & Integration, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
    • Support the development of management capabilities through individual coaching, workshops, and knowledge sharing.
  • HR Operations
    • Ensure delivery of the annual performance review and reward process, aligning with organisational objectives.
    • Support the development of a high-performance culture, addressing performance issues and providing individual performance support.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes impacting HR and the financial services sector.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice, with an understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to build credible relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Agile, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate and highly organised.
