We are in search of a distinguished Head of Product Strategy to join our executive team and play a pivotal role in our next growth phase.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Product Strategy will be responsible for shaping the product vision, formulating strategic initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of the product roadmap.

You will lead a dedicated team of product professionals, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence. As a visionary leader, you will attract and nurture top-tier talent within the product organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement a comprehensive product strategy aligned with Entrepreneur First's mission and strategic goals, collaborating closely with the CEO and the executive leadership team.
  • Build and develop a high-performing product management function, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities to facilitate effective execution.
  • Mentor and guide the existing team of product managers, encouraging experimentation and iterative learning.
  • Establish clear objectives and key results in partnership with leadership, regularly assessing progress and adapting strategies as necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional products for users with a strong emphasis on timely execution and accountability across the product team.
  • Streamline processes, eliminate obstacles, and align stakeholders, working closely with the leadership team.
  • Contribute as a valued member of the executive leadership team, providing insights and strategic direction.
