We are seeking a Head of Product Strategy to oversee the product divisions responsible for the expansion of our various treatment sectors. As the Head of Product - Expansion, you will spearhead our business development efforts, tasked with formulating and implementing strategies that boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention across all treatment sectors. You will lead a team of Product Leaders and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including sales, engineering, design, and data analysis, to innovate and enhance our product offerings.

We are in search of an experienced product strategist who can envision the broader picture and long-term objectives while also being willing to engage in the finer details. A minimum of 3 years in people management is required, alongside 5+ years of hands-on product management experience. You should possess strong leadership and mentoring abilities, excellent analytical skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for addressing user challenges. Ideally, you have experience managing product teams in rapidly growing startups and have held product growth positions in data-centric organizations, with a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey (acquisition, engagement, retention).

This is a distinctive opportunity for a product strategist to join us during a pivotal phase of our development. You will have considerable freedom to shape the culture and operational framework of our product teams, in addition to defining the product strategy, objectives, and roadmaps for your areas.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop a profound understanding of our patients and treatment pathways, utilizing this insight to create and execute a comprehensive product strategy aimed at enhancing the market presence of all treatment sectors.
  • Lead interdisciplinary teams to conceptualize, prototype, and launch new features and products that align with your strategic vision.
  • Evaluate market trends, performance metrics, and user feedback to continuously refine and advance the product strategy.
  • Promote a data-driven culture by leveraging analytics and user insights to inform decision-making.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire Product Leaders to advance their careers and deliver maximum impact. Regularly assess their performance, address any shortcomings, and recognize and promote high achievers.
  • Collaborate closely with our human resources team to expand the team and attract top-tier Product Leaders to Menwell Limited.
  • Establish the processes and operational model necessary to ensure the product teams effectively execute the product strategy efficiently.
  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • 3+ years of direct management experience.
  • Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to drive product vision, strategy, and objectives, guiding the team through critical milestones.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with analytical tools and methodologies.
  • Proven communication, leadership, organizational, and execution skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in entrepreneurial ventures or in developing 0-to-1 products in scaling organizations.
