About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product Strategy to join our team at With Intelligence. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward through the development of a strong product strategy.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of market dynamics and will be responsible for creating product strategies that drive growth and competitive differentiation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, data management, and sales teams, to execute and deliver on the strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Drive Product Strategy: Create and execute a product strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Customer Insights: Conduct market analysis and gather customer insights to inform product development and strategy.
  • Product Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key product initiatives and priorities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration on product strategy and development.
  • Market Opportunity Identification: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Product Requirements Definition: Define product requirements and specifications to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Product Launch and Rollout: Oversee the launch and rollout of new products and features.
Requirements
  • Experience in Product Management: Proven experience in product management, with a focus on product strategy and development.
  • Market Analysis and Customer Insights: Strong market analysis and customer insights skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform product development.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business goals and objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Product Development: Experience in product development, with a focus on creating innovative and effective products.
