About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product Management to join our team. As a key member of the C-suite, you will have a high degree of autonomy to set strategic objectives for our D2C products, proactively develop the product roadmap, and identify complex product challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, ambition to work in a C-suite environment, and a passion for design and collaboration with talented product designers and engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product strategy to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop product roadmaps
  • Monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in a B2C/D2C high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of mobile applications, AI, and machine learning
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in person, with flexibility to balance work and personal life
