About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Director to join our team at In Product. As a key member of our C-suite, you will be responsible for setting the strategic objectives for our D2C products and leading the Product Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap, identifying complex product challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Designers and Engineers, to create beautifully crafted digital products that delight users and create emotional connections.
  • Work closely with the C-suite to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a high growth mindset and ambition to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product management, with a strong track record of success in a B2C/D2C high-growth environment.
  • Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning, with experience working with mobile applications.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
