Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Director to join our team at In Product. As a key member of our C-suite, you will be responsible for setting the strategic objectives for our D2C products and leading the Product Management team to drive growth and innovation.

About the Role

As a Product Director, you will have a high degree of autonomy to:

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and requirements
  • Collaborate with Product Designers and Engineers to create beautifully crafted digital products that delight users and create emotional connections
  • Work closely with the C-suite to drive business strategy and decision-making

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of leading product teams and driving business growth
  • Strong product management skills, including product development, launch, and post-launch analysis
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with AI and Machine Learning, with a strong understanding of their applications in product development
  • A high growth mindset and ambition to work as part of the C-suite
