About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product Strategy to join our team at With Intelligence. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward through the development of a strong product strategy.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of market dynamics and will be responsible for creating product strategies that drive growth and competitive differentiation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, data management, and sales teams, to execute and deliver on the strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Drive Product Strategy: Create and execute a customer-focused product strategy that drives business growth and competitive differentiation.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product management, data management, and sales teams to execute and deliver on the product strategy.
  • Build Customer and Market Relationships: Build high-quality customer and market relationships to support in-depth and frontline understanding of emerging client needs and competitive dynamics.
  • Serve as Voice of the Customer: Serve as the voice of the customer across the organization, and be passionate about delighting customers through strong value propositions and customer experience.
  • Drive Product Development: Drive the product development process by developing a deep understanding of customer usage, competitor products, and market trends, and translating that intelligence into product requirements for product enhancements and/or new product development.
  • Identify New Product Opportunities: Work closely with the sales, marketing, data, and platform teams to help identify new product opportunities to drive growth within the existing customer sets and new adjacent customer sets.
  • Develop Clear and Compelling Roadmaps: Develop clear and compelling roadmaps, requirements, and priorities for each user segment, and support proposed strategies with detailed business case analysis for new products and product extensions.
  • Monitor and Track Progress: Monitor and track progress on specific customer and product initiatives, from initial product concept through the full product lifecycle.
  • Accountable for Product Delivery: Accountable for the on-time and on-budget delivery of product enhancements and/or responsible for driving the development of new products.
  • Articulate Product Value Proposition: Work with the marketing and sales teams to articulate the product value proposition and champion the product both internally and externally.
Requirements
  • Experience in Product or Proposition Management: Experience in product or proposition management in data and analytics, or business information services industry (financial services, legal services, accounting, business intelligence).
  • Affinity to the Asset Management Industry: Affinity to the asset management industry, alternative investments/private markets, and/or asset allocation is a significant benefit.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization internally and externally.
  • Team Player: Team player who brings a sense of positive energy and the ability to influence, inspire, and motivate cross-functional partners across the organization.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starter approach.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to construct and evaluate different business model approaches to maximize ROI.
