Transformative Head of Product Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Head of Product to spearhead the development of innovative insurance solutions at My Product Path, a fast-growing InsurTech backed by Octopus Ventures.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering customer-facing SaaS-like products at pace, with a focus on driving business outcomes through clear articulation of customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic direction and business goals
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-product-velocity solutions, leveraging data-driven insights to inform product decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize customer pain points, driving transformative outcomes through product innovation
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing product people, fostering a culture of outcome-focus and continuous learning
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in product management, with a focus on driving business outcomes through customer-centric product development
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and grow ambitious team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical and complex commercial concepts into actionable strategy
  • Experience working with data science and data engineering teams to deliver data-rich products
  • Deep understanding of product management principles, with a focus on structuring product discovery and execution activities to drive transformative outcomes
Desired Background:
  • Experience working in an extended leadership team, with a focus on translating strategy into action and results
  • Background in telematics or motor insurance, with a focus on driving behavioral change in users
  • Commercial acumen, with a proven ability to create commercial business cases and drive revenue growth
