Wenham Carter Group is partnering with a leading SaaS provider, recognized for its $600M ARR, to recruit a Head of ESG Product Strategy. This organization stands at the forefront of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software and has successfully integrated an ESG data reporting and carbon accounting platform into its offerings.

The selected candidate will report directly to the Global VP of Product and will spearhead a team of Product Managers. This role encompasses the responsibility of crafting the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, while also managing the comprehensive product lifecycle for the ESG solution, which includes functionalities for Scope 1, 2, and 3 Greenhouse Gas Emissions calculation and reporting, alongside ESG data management.

With a workforce of 2,500 employees and a client base of 25,000, the potential for growth in the ESG sector is substantial. The company is renowned for its exceptional software solutions and has been acknowledged as a Leader in the latest Forrester GRC Wave. The objective is to elevate the ESG product to a premier position among the top vendors in the ESG SaaS market.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a Product Management team focused on ESG software solutions.
  • Availability to work from the central London office at least 50% of the time.
