Position Overview

Diligent is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our product team in developing and expanding our ESG product line. As the Director, you will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, overseeing the entire product lifecycle. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of data-related technologies, experience in SaaS product management, and a proven track record of delivering data-driven products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the product strategy for our Data SaaS offerings, focusing on ESG solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on thorough market research and valuable customer feedback.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive successful product development.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to inform strategic product decisions.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the organization, ensuring products meet evolving user needs.

Required Experience/Skills

  • Extensive experience in product management, specifically within Data SaaS products, with a focus on ESG and GRC solutions.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, enabling you to identify market opportunities and develop compelling product strategies.
  • Proficiency in agile development methodologies, ensuring efficient and iterative product development cycles.
  • A passion for leveraging data and analytics to drive product innovation and measure success.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, fostering a motivated and results-oriented team.
