About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Design and Product Management at the China-Britain Business Council. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and shaping the design strategy across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of UX designers to create innovative and user-centered design solutions.
  • Design Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and compelling design solutions.
  • User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve product usability and accessibility.
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of UX designers.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, including Figma. Deep understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and user-centered design solutions.
